Right then guys, planning for next year's show has started and we need to compile an "Organising Committee" to work alongside New Green and Peter Skoyles.

What we need is a small collective (4-5 people) to take on the essential tasks involved with planning this ever growing show.

The committee will be SEPERATE to the club committee and as such, any re-elections etc at January's AGM WILL NOT affect people's position on the CotG committee.

If you would be interested in taking up a position on the committee please let me know asap so we can arrange a meeting with Peter Skoyles and discuss what we have planned, would like to change etc etc.

To give you an idea of roles (not set in stone of course), someone to arrange vendors, advertising, bookings, organising guest appearance. Some tasks are bigger than others but spread out between a few of us shouldn't be too involved.

Ideally we'd like to start promoting CotG around late October early November so there is an element of urgency in getting a committee together.

hi lee, Aaron. from just ice in harlow, we came to cotg last year and had a brilliant time, one of the best shows we've been to, and a great group of people.

well im in my final year of uni so i wont be able to help much at all im afraid, but i may be able to organise another guest appearence.
My step sister does alot of stunt work on BIG films as well as being Cyclone! Dont expect any A list celebrities or anything like that (cant spell) but she might be able to hook us up with some guest appearences she's soon to be working on the new Harry Poter film.
